I had an amazing stay here, especially enjoying the beautiful views from my room and the fact that I could easily walk to the Perfume River and the An Dinh Palace, making it perfect for my weekend strolls around the city.

The extravagant breakfast with its vast array of options was a delightful way to start each day, while the exceptional support from staff for special requests made our stay truly memorable.

I truly enjoyed the elegant and spacious design of my Deluxe Room, complete with lovely large windows that offered stunning city views. The overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming, making it easy to navigate as a senior traveler.

I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the carpet and dirt on the floor, making my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, I found hair that wasn't mine on the bed we were staying in, which left a negative impression.

melia was a fantastic surprise for us! the premium room was incredible with outstanding views, and it was super close to the citadel. we loved the friendly staff who were really helpful. the spa is equipped with great facilities like a sauna and steam room.
